Located only 50 km from Aalborg, this comfortable Sæby-based hostel is surrounded by lush greenery and is just 10 minutes’ walk from the beaches of the Kattegat bay area. The guest rooms at Danhostel Sæby offer a choice between shared and private bathroom facilities. A number of rooms have a balcony and some include a TV. Choose to bring your own bed linen and towels or simply rent them at the hostel's reception. Prepare a meal or store food in one of 2 communal kitchens. Grab a cup of coffee and browse the internet for free in the Danhostel Sæby’s café. Some guestrooms also enjoy free Wi-Fi access. The adjoining sports centre offers a range of activities to keep active-minded guests on their toes. Guests arriving by car will appreciate the free private parking on offer at Danhostel Sæby. Holders of a valid Hostelling International (HI) membership card pay less at Danhostel. Non-members are required to either pay an additional fee or purchase a membership card.

Guests arriving later than 22:00 are kindly requested to contact the reception in advance. Please note that non-members of Hostelling International (HI) must either pay an additional fee or purchase the membership card at the hostel upon arrival. Guests can rent bed linen and towels at the hostel or choose to bring their own. Sleeping bags are not permitted at Danhostel. Payment will take place at check-in. On Saturdays and Sundays, check-in takes place from 13:00 until 18:00.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Wi-fi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs DKK 50.00 per person per night.
