ENDED: Free tickets to the Vineta Festival in Zinnowitz

This prize draw has now ended. The winners have been notified by email.

Vineta—the city said to have sunk in the Baltic Sea off the island of Usedom more than a thousand years ago—continues to pose new riddles. Legend describes it as rich and tolerant, but says it valued wealth more highly than humanity. Was that why the city sank? For more than 10 years, art has been trying to provide answers and, so to speak, resolve the alleged dispute posthumously.

Last summer, the erratic boulders, the good ones, defeated the evil ones. In this year's episode, “The Elven Star,” dune knights and elven warriors are once again at odds with the people of Vineta. Evil has been defeated, and now the good people of Vineta are arguing among themselves: Who does Vineta belong to? They want this question settled once and for all. But instead of exchanging arguments, they exchange sword blows.

The people of Vineta are given one last chance for peace: if they can find two people who love each other sincerely, then—and only then—Vineta will live!

It will be an evening full of love and passion, immersed in a sea of colorful lights and framed by a spectacular fireworks and laser show.

The Vorpommersche Landesbühne Anklam and www.ostsee-netz.de are giving away family and individual tickets for one of these exciting show evenings. Simply email your answer to glueck@ostsee-netz.de to the following question:
