Gelbensande: Hotels and Accommodations

The municipality of Gelbensande extends to within approximately 1.2 kilometers of the Baltic Sea and is also characterized by woodland: 2,150 hectares of the municipal area are forested, while the locality is surrounded by woodland on three sides.

Nature

The Wallbach stream crosses the municipality from south to north and flows through Willershagen.

In the vicinity of Gelbensande, the seaside resort of Graal-Müritz offers opportunities for swimming in the Baltic Sea; the Große Ribnitzer Moor lies along the way there. Gelbensande is also associated with cycling access to Graal-Müritz and Dierhagen, as well as the sandy beaches along the Baltic coast.
