Datzetal: Hotels and Accommodations

Datzetal is a municipality in the Mecklenburg Lake District district of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and is administered by the Friedland municipal association. The municipality includes Bassow, Roga, Pleetz, and Sadelkow Siedlung.

Culture and History

Near Datzetal are Dahlen, Village Church, and Beseritz, Village Church. The Trabbi-Scheune, a museum, and Quilow Water Castle, a castle, are located somewhat farther away in the surrounding region of Datzetal.

Bassow, which belongs to Datzetal, was first documented in 1397 and was historically associated with Pleetz Manor and the Bertikow family. A small Neoclassical manor house associated with Bassow burned down shortly after 1945.

Mühlberg is a hill located roughly near Datzetal. In the surrounding area of Datzetal are, among others, Fuchsberg, a hill, the Wittenborn Spring, a spring, and the Braune-Weiße Spring, also a spring.
