The listed heritage sites in Niekrenz include the manor house and park at 40 Niekrenzer Dorfstraße, a fieldstone stable at number 40a, and another fieldstone stable at number 36, which has since been converted for residential use.

The manor house is a two-storey rendered building with a column-supported entrance portico, a tower extension, a terrace on the park side, and a garden hall lined with marble. Preserved historic details inside include stucco ceilings, doors, and wood panelling.

The listed manor house is privately owned and is being renovated. The also-listed park is overgrown and contains a dilapidated burial site belonging to the Stever family. Visitor access should not be assumed.
