The OZEANEUM in Stralsund offers maritime experiences and is considered an attraction for hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. It features a very large seawater aquarium; its largest tank is considered so large that a freestanding house could fit inside. There is also a sandy beach in the heart of the city, considered an urban bathing facility.
