Pszczółki: Hotels and Accommodation

A prominent feature of Pszczółki is honey. The Święto Miodu Pszczółkowskiego takes place annually in Lipowy Park. Miód Pszczółkowski is a traditional honey product of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, with May, June, and July varieties. The Muzeum Miodu presents honey production methods, from flower pollen to finished honey in a jar; the museum is located in the basement of the public library in Pszczółki.

History

Pszczółki railway station dates from 1908 and, following its renovation, retains its historic Neo-Gothic character. The windmill in Pszczółki is also part of the local history: it is a valuable example of a wooden Dutch windmill, one of the last surviving objects of its kind in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, and the only remaining one of its kind in Gdańsk County. The windmill can be accessed from the outside.

Paths and Open Spaces

Lipowy Park has a 610 m recreational running track. It also features an area for children's recreation. The Cysterski Deptak Widokowy was created in 2013 on a former railway embankment next to the Pomeranian Cistercian Trail and features outdoor games.

Cuisine

Hotel Bratnik in Pszczółki promotes traditional Polish home cooking, including fish, pierogi, desserts, and cakes.
