History

A total of 530 Soviet soldiers are buried in the military cemetery in Warcz. In 1350, the Teutonic Order founded an estate called Warczke. On November 11, 1380, the Danzig Commander Zygfryd Walpot von Bassenheim transferred the Warcz estates to Herman Trankot for settlement under Kulm law.
