The southern section of the Szlak Jezior Kociewskich – odcinek południowy is 33.2 km long and runs between Ocypel and Osiek. This section is almost unrestrictedly suitable for cycling tourism. Its reed-lined shores provide a habitat for waterbirds, including ospreys, herons, cormorants and cranes. Along the Wda in the municipality, there are beaver lodges. Waterbirds found there include mute swans, herons, cormorants, ducks and cranes. The Wda is also used for fishing within the municipality.

Culture

At ul. Starogardzka 18 stands a listed Roman Catholic parish church complex dedicated to Saint James the Apostle. It comprises the church, the presbytery, the cemetery and a fragment of the enclosing fence. The Church of Saint James in Lubichowo was completed in 1930–1931. Baroque and Rococo furnishings from the older church were transferred into it. The complex therefore combines several structural components at the same address, while the furnishings refer to the older church.
