Accommodation in Krąg
Several designated trails run around Krąg. Bridleway A runs from Grabowiec to Krąg and is 25.7 km long. Bridleway No. 9 connects Krąg with Stara Kiszewa. In addition, the nature, tourism and recreation trail from Krąg to Starogard Gdański passes through the Dolina Wierzycy Natura 2000 area.
Nature and trails
The Krąg–Żabno trail project included the construction of a new footbridge over the Wierzyca. It also included a viewing platform and parking spaces near the road viaduct. Krąg manor park, with its 400–500-year-old lime trees, is a landscape attraction.
Near Kręgski Młyn, the Wierzyca has irregular banks and pronounced meanders. The 18-hectare site features a stable and its own 4-hectare lake with a sandy beach. An old railway viaduct equipped with climbing holds stands along the Kręgski Młyn–Starogard kayaking route; a cycle path runs across it.
Water and active experiences
At Kręgski Młyn, kayaking trips ranging from several hours to six days, as well as catamaran trips to a floodplain, are organized. New kayaking infrastructure was also created at Kręgski Młyn along the Wierzyca kayaking trail. Carriage rides with Friesian stallions are offered there for exploring the surrounding area.
Culture and history
The church has a Stations of the Cross painted in watercolour, which was blessed by the Primate of Poland, Stefan Wyszyński. The former Protestant church in Krąg was built in 1906–1907. It is a Neo-Gothic brick building on stone foundations.
