The Kiellinie promenade makes Kiel’s maritime side immediately visible: From a viewing platform, you can look out over Kiel’s shipyard cranes and passing ships. The promenade is also home to a marina and a seal enclosure that is visible from the waterfront promenade.

Water

At the Kiellinie promenade, SUP, rowing, and sailing are among the activities on the water. There are also the Kiellinie and Bellevue bathing areas, with sanitary facilities, changing rooms, and free access.

From Reventlou Bridge, ferries allow you to explore the Kiel Fjord, with stops on the western and eastern shores.
