The town center of Kronshagen is designated as a unified ensemble of urban spaces. The historic ensemble includes the Seemann commercial building and a residential high-rise with a shop. It also encompasses the former commercial building of the Agricultural Supply Cooperative from 1924 and the former community center dating from 1910/11.
