The activity beach and south beach in Damp are about four kilometers long. The activity beach has a barrier-free beach access. At the south beach, the net platform serves both as a hammock and a lookout point, offering an opportunity to rest during an active holiday; it is the only one anchored directly in the beach sand. At the south beach, the net platform can therefore be used as a short resting place between activities.

For nature-oriented days, the coastal trail leads through the Schwansener See nature reserve, which is part of the Natura 2000 network of protected areas. A hiking trail also runs directly along the coast between OstseeResort Damp in the south and OstseeResort Olpenitz in the north. The two trails have different focuses: one leads through a protected natural area, while the other follows the coast between the two resort locations.

The Entdeckerbad in Damp has a large outdoor pool with views of the Baltic Sea. It is also home to Germany's first Viking-style sauna. The Funhalla indoor play center in Damp covers more than 3,500 m². The Entdeckerbad combines views of the Baltic Sea with the Viking style of its sauna. Thus, alongside the beach and water sports, the town also offers a pool, a sauna experience and a large indoor play center as different areas of activity.

On the Schwansen peninsula, the Damp Viking Golf course is located directly on the beach promenade in Damp and has 18 holes. Gut Damp was built in 1595 in the Renaissance style. With its construction date of 1595, the estate's history stretches back to the Renaissance. Together with the harbor, beach and coastal trails, this creates a townscape in which maritime activities, nature experiences and historic architecture are visible side by side.
