Brodersby-Goltoft has more than 10 kilometers of shoreline directly on the Schlei. The Schlei is designated as a nature park.

Paths and Water

More than 20 kilometers of designated paths for hiking and cycling run through the municipality. There are bathing beaches in the districts of Burg and Goltoft. The district of Burg also has a natural beach on the Schlei for swimming and water sports. The Royumer Runde is a longer hiking route aimed at more ambitious hikers.

Two marinas in Brodersby-Goltoft have around 160 berths. Excursion trips on passenger ships are offered from the landing stage in Missunde. A slipway in the village allows boats to be launched into the Schlei.

Landscape

The Kirchberg hill above the Brodersby Noor offers panoramic views of the local landscape.

Culture and History

St. Andrew's Church probably dates from the 12th century and retains its original Romanesque layout with a short rectangular nave and a square box chancel. The Brodersby Summer Concerts take place every year around the fieldstone church.

The Brodersby Village Museum provides interactive insights into rural life and work. Historical living quarters, workshops, and communal rooms spread across two floors are on display.
