The Brodersby-Burg bathing area has shallow water and is suitable for families. In nearby Missunde, passenger boats offer sightseeing trips from the landing stage.

Landscape and Trails

The municipality of Brodersby-Goltoft is located directly on the Schlei amid a varied landscape. The Schlei, which is connected with Brodersby, is designated as a nature park. Above the Brodersby Noor, Kirchberg offers panoramic views across the local landscape. Longer local hiking routes are intended for more ambitious hikers.

History and Crafts

The Brodersby Village Museum extends over two floors and covers 450 square metres. Its exhibits include a schoolroom, workshops, a smithy, a post office, a dental practice and a hairdressing salon. As an interactive museum, it allows visitors to experience rural life and work in the past century. Traditional crafts such as spinning, weaving, woodturning and brush-making are demonstrated during Craftspersons’ Day.

Next to the Brodersby Village Museum is a bee museum; the museum grounds also house a local archive with historical documents. St. Andrew’s Church in Brodersby retains its original Romanesque floor plan and was probably built in the 12th century.

A tourist information office is located in the Markt-Treff. The Geeler Kroog in Brodersby/Geel is a guesthouse, village inn and café.
