Kiersity: Hotels and Accommodation

A 24 km mountain biking route runs through Kiersity as part of a circular route connecting Bartoszyce, Ardapy, Tolko, Borki, Pilwa and Łojdy. Kiersity is also included as a waypoint on a 24 km route starting from Bartoszyce, which has 185 m of ascent and 167 m of descent.
Geographical location
Kiersity is located in Poland’s Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in Bartoszyce County and the municipality of Bartoszyce.
History and rural context
In 1889, Kiersity was a folwark, meaning an agricultural manor farm, belonging to the Tolko estate and the von Tettau baronial family. More recent local history includes individual peasant farms: in 1983, 20 farms cultivated a total of 204 hectares.
