Żukowo: Hotels and Accommodation

Żukowo is characterised by a historic settlement complex with a clearly recognisable layout: nearly all agricultural and residential buildings have been preserved. Another specific feature of the village is the horse breeding at Stadnina Koni w Żukowie.

Culture

Żukowo is home to a manor complex with stables and former workers’ houses. It preserves an interesting architectural and landscape interior. The Evangelical cemetery of Żukowo is located on the outskirts of the village, at the entrance from Bielikowo.

History

Żukowo was first mentioned in writing in 1224. From 1821, Mirosławice and Żukowo were under the authority of the Royal Administration of Military Horses in Nowielice.
