Holiday Homes at Forsthaus Damerow

The twenty holiday homes, furnished in country-house style, are part of Forsthaus Damerow—the island within the island. Thanks to its special location at the narrowest point in the middle of the island, near the Baltic seaside resort of Koserow, this is the ideal place to balance activities on the Baltic beach, just a few minutes’ walk away, with peace and quiet on the Achterwasser lagoon. From here, the island’s many attractions are particularly easy to reach, for example by bicycle.

Each holiday home accommodates 2 to 4 people all year round. With a total area of 30 sq. m, a living room with a pull-out sofa, satellite TV and telephone, a bedroom with a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, a kitchenette, a small terrace in front of the house and a parking space, our holiday homes are ideal for families and for a romantic getaway for two.

At any time of year, we offer you—uniquely on Germany’s sunny island—the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of leisure activities. These include canoe trips from our private boat landing, Nordic walking with an instructor, water aerobics, archery, guided cycling tours, slide shows about the island and much more.
Our spacious hotel wellness area, with swimming pool and sauna, and the TAO Health Centre are ideal both for relaxation and for maintaining physical fitness. Here you can enjoy a variety of treatments, including Ayurveda, Reiki, Shiatsu, osteopathy, thalassotherapy and beauty treatments. At the adjoining restaurant, you can treat yourself to our fresh, regional cuisine. Look forward to a range of cocktail specialities and our own whiskies in the winter garden.
