Prislich is located in the Amt Grabow, within the Ludwigslust-Parchim district of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. The town center is situated approximately four kilometers east of Grabow in southwestern Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Prislich is situated between agriculturally used fields with predominantly sandy soils and forest. Along the municipality’s eastern boundary, the Tarnitz flows south toward the Löcknitz; to the south, the Meynbach forms the municipal boundary with Brandenburg.

Gerichtsberg is located near Prislich. Schlosspark and Lindenberg are also situated in the surrounding area.
