Culture and Local Townscape
The church of Goldenstädt is considered to be more than 700 years old and has the character of a fortified church. It includes a free-standing wooden bell tower as well as walls made of a mixture of fieldstone and brick. It is also considered the oldest church in the surrounding area.
Motorsport races take place every year on the local Stoppelcross track. Thus, in addition to its scenic viewpoints, Goldenstädt also has a recurring local event venue.
