Grischow: Hotels and Accommodation

Grischow is located in the northeastern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District, north of Neubrandenburg. The town lies on the Treptower Werder, a lowland area between the Tollense, the Großer Landgraben and the Kleiner Landgraben.

The Trompeterberg hill is located near Grischow. The surrounding area also includes the Osterberg, Ochsenberg and Mühlberg hills.

History and Surroundings

Grischow is first mentioned in a document in a deed of donation dating from 1325. The surrounding area is also home to “Dahlen, Village Church” and “Beseritz, Village Church”.

Transport Connections

Grischow is located approximately five kilometres east of Altentreptow. The L 35 runs west of the municipality, while the A 20 passes through the Grischow area and can be accessed via the Altentreptow interchange.
