Mesekenhagen: Hotels and Accommodations

Mesekenhagen is located about five kilometers northwest of Greifswald and north of the River Ryck. The municipality lies on the Greifswald Bodden and stretches from the Gristower Wiek to Lake Koos.

Nature and Surroundings

The immediate surroundings of Mesekenhagen include Kleiner Werder, Großer Werder, Riffbrink, Riems, and the Gristow Nature Experience Park.

In the wider regional area is Grimmen Wildlife Park. The surrounding area of Mesekenhagen also includes the Burgwall and Greifswald, St. Jacobi.

Transport

The A20 can be accessed via the Greifswald interchange, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. The Stralsund–Greifswald railway line runs through the municipality, but its station is closed.

Federal highway B105, formerly designated as B96, runs through the municipality of Mesekenhagen along the route between Greifswald and Stralsund.
