Eggesin is located at the confluence of the Uecker and Randow rivers, a few kilometers south of Ueckermünde. The Polish border lies east of the town. Eggesin is situated in the center of the Am Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

There are smaller lakes north of Eggesin: Bärenkamp and the marshy, partially silted-up Eggesiner See.
The Kalkberg and the Ueckermünde motocross track are located in the immediate vicinity of Eggesin.
