Stara Dąbrowa is a small and clean village between the Słupia and Łupawa rivers.

History and name

In chronicles from 1304 to 1309, Stara Dąbrowa was first mentioned under the German equivalent Alt Damerow. The place name itself is derived from “dąbrowa”, the Polish word for oak forest.
