Beach and Nature

At Sehlendorf Beach, you can walk along the beach and explore the nature trail around Lake Sehlendorf by bicycle. A beach mobility vehicle transports visitors from the DLRG main station to the beach and into the water; there are also four automatic alarm stations there.

A designated dog beach is located in Sehlendorf east of the small toilet building. From April 1 to September 30, dogs are restricted to the designated dog beach area; from October 1 to March 31, they may be walked on a leash along the entire beach.
