Nakomiady: Hotels and accommodations

Nakomiady is home to the von Hoverbeck Palace, which is also associated with the von Redecker family. The palace was built in the Dutch Baroque style in the second half of the 17th century and features numerous Classicist elements. The estate includes a palace park and farm buildings; the park in its current form dates from the 18th century and contains terraces, trees around 300 years old, and natural monuments.

History

St. Joseph's Church presumably originated as a Protestant church dating from 1392. Its parish was founded in 1556; since 1980, the church has been Roman Catholic.

Nakomiady was formerly located along the route of a now-disused narrow-gauge railway that connected Kętrzyn and Ryn.

Nakomiady is a village in the municipality of Kętrzyn, in Kętrzyn County and the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship in Poland.
