Pobierowo Plaża is located in the vicinity of Łukęcin. The surrounding area also includes Plaża w Dziwnowie, Plaża Międzywodzie and Plaża Niechorze. The village is surrounded by forest, which is considered an area with historical and natural points of interest.
Paths and places
A walking and cycling route connects Dziwnówek and Łukęcin. There is a paved option and a forest option offering views of the sea and forest. In the centre of Łukęcin, between Morska and Spacerowa streets, there is a small, fenced playground.
Culture and history
Łukęcin began as a small fishing settlement; a wooden house from the early 19th century has been preserved in the village centre. The village is also home to a monastery of the Pauline Fathers, the first part of which opened in 2002.
In the wider region around Łukęcin lies the Trzebiatow – Zespol palacowo-zamkowy z XVIII w. castle and palace complex. The Woliński Park Narodowy is also located in this wider regional area.
