Bansin

East of the nearly 60-meter-high cliffs of Langenberg lies the seaside resort of Bansin, the westernmost and smallest of the three “Imperial Spas” on Usedom Island.
In the late 1890s, the bathing trend reached the Bansin coastline as well. In a very short time, Bergstraße in the seaside resort of Bansin became one of the most beautiful streets featuring resort architecture on the entire Baltic coast. Following extensive restoration, it now showcases the resort’s former splendor.
At the foot of Langenberg begins Germany’s longest uninterrupted beach promenade, stretching 13 kilometers and ending only in Swinemünde (Świnoujście). The beach at Bansin is bordered by lushly vegetated dunes, and the pier also serves as a landing stage for excursion boats. A wide selection of high-quality wellness services is a hallmark of many hotels in Bansin.

The “Seven Lakes View” behind the historic mountain mill lives up to its name, offering views of six inland lakes, the Baltic Sea, and the Achterwasser lagoon.
