Rewal Coast

The Baltic seaside resorts of Pobierowo (Poberow), Pustkowo (Pustchow), Trzęsacz (Hoff), Rewal (Rewahl), Niechorze (Horst) and Pogorzelica (Fischerkathen) stretch along the Rewal coast. Close to one another, these picturesque little Baltic resorts in the Rewal municipality line a continuous fine-sand beach, mostly sheltered by wooded cliffs.

Pobierowo has a unique beach, sheltered by woodland and cliffs. Pustkowo also offers numerous places to stay between the forest and the beach.

Located precisely on the 15th meridian east, Trzęsacz is best known for its church ruins right on the cliff, painted by Lyonel Feininger. Measures to stabilise the site have halted its collapse into the sea. The town of Rewal, with its beach protected by cliffs 8 to 15 metres high, is also worth visiting for, among other things, its modern church in the town centre.

Niechorze is dominated by its 45-metre-high lighthouse, whose 210 steps lead to breathtaking views of the surrounding area. To the east, Niechorze almost seamlessly gives way to the former fishing village of Pogorzelica, nestled in the forest, where numerous larger, modernised holiday accommodations are now located close to the beach.

Together, the Baltic seaside resorts in the Rewal municipality—located between Wolin Island and the town of Kołobrzeg (Kolberg)—make up one of the most beautiful and varied areas of Poland’s Baltic coast. They have considerably expanded and modernised their tourist facilities with numerous new developments.
