ALCA Holiday Apartments in the Delbrück Villas, Heringsdorf
In Heringsdorf, the best-known of Usedom’s three “Kaiserbäder” (Imperial Spas), history is everywhere you turn. From the earliest days of bathing tourism in Heringsdorf, Berliners were instrumental in driving its development. The Berlin banker Dr. Hugo Delbrück is regarded as the founder of Heringsdorf’s seaside resort. The street named after him is now lined with numerous villas dating from the Gründerzeit, each an attractive one-of-a-kind example of spa architecture. In earlier times, Hugo Delbrück’s private residence stood on the spacious garden grounds between the beach promenade and Delbrückstraße, right next to Villa Staudt.
At the Delbrück Villas, you can enjoy your most wonderful days of the year in spacious holiday apartments surrounded by historic spa architecture. You can reach your apartment via an open stairwell illuminated by daylight through a glass dome, or take the elevator for convenience. The splendid sandy beach, free of stones, and the modern pier are just a few steps away. At 508 metres long, the pier is the longest of its kind in continental Europe.
The Delbrück Villas offer 19 holiday apartments ranging from 36 to 80 square metres. The Remise, a small modern annex, contains three more apartments measuring 47 or 70 square metres. All apartments are equipped with state-of-the-art LCD cable TVs, stereo systems, DVD players, wireless internet access, a telephone, a private mailbox and a fully equipped kitchenette. Because of their prominent location, the Delbrück Villas can only be reached by car on arrival and departure. Parking spaces are available nearby; our service office will be happy to provide you with details.
