Built in a modern style in 1995, the Heringsdorf Pier replaced the Kaiser Wilhelm Pier, erected just a few metres away in 1891. At 508 metres long, today’s pier in the Baltic seaside resort of Heringsdorf, one of Usedom’s three “Imperial Spas,” is the longest pier in continental Europe. Where else can you stroll so peacefully towards the sunrise, breathe in the iodine-rich sea air and feel the wind in your hair? On the pier’s ground floor, cafés, restaurants and charming shops of all kinds line up side by side. The Shell Museum and two cinemas provide even more variety. At the end of the pier, the restaurant invites you to enjoy exclusive Italian cuisine, with what may be the most breathtaking panoramic views of the Baltic Sea and the Imperial Spas. The pier’s landing stage is the starting point for boat trips to the neighbouring Baltic resorts in Germany and Poland.

On the upper floor, you can choose from 19 spacious holiday apartments ranging from 50 to 117 square metres. All apartments are equipped with modern LCD cable TVs, stereo systems, DVD players, wireless internet access, a telephone, a private mailbox and a fully fitted kitchenette. Each apartment has a generous terrace where you can look straight out over the Baltic Sea and enjoy a spot of sunbathing.
Because of its exceptional location, the pier can only be reached by car for arrival and departure. However, our service office will be happy to arrange a parking space for you nearby.
