The Powiat pucki offers a range of options for active days. There are 45 kilometers of cycling paths, most of which run along the water. A blue hiking trail follows Puck Bay as far as Wejherowo. The black hiking trail runs through the Puszcza DarĹĽlubska to Krokowa. The routes described differ mainly in where they go: one follows the bay, while the other leads through the forest. Fortifications and the seasonal railway on Hel
Military history and museum visits come together on the Hel Peninsula. The Muzeum Obrony Wybrzeża displays a military complex built during the Second World War, which housed the “Schleswig Holstein” coastal artillery battery. The bunkers of the Ośrodek Oporu Jastarnia are recognized as a historic monument and are currently open to visitors; seasonal availability may vary. A section of the narrow-gauge railway in the “Hel” fortified area connects the Muzeum Kolei Helskich with the Muzeum Obrony Wybrzeża. Tourist trains run there in spring and summer.
