These tastings were part of that festival edition and are not available year-round.
Also at the ninth festival, children made their own tea blends and learned rules for gathering and drying herbs. In workshops, adults mixed herbal salt for food and cosmetics and learned more about the properties of the plants used. At the eighth edition, guests could take part in a workshop on making herbal soaps. Blanki on the red Cycle Route No. 5
You can also include Blanki in your travel plans by bike. The red Cycle Route No. 5 passes through Kłębowo, Jarandowo and Kochanówka before reaching Blanki. From Lidzbark Warmiński, the village is at kilometre 19.4 on the route described. The route then continues to Lake Symsar and leads back to Lidzbark Warmiński.
The route is a well-marked leisure trail that forms a loop south of the town and is about 30 kilometres long. The kilometre marker, intermediate villages and return leg help you understand the route and see Blanki as part of the circuit.
