Kłos is located between Sianów and Koszalin, by the Grodna Stream and National Road 6, at the foot of Góra Chełmska. The surrounding landscape consists of fields and forest. Passenger minibuses provide a connection between Kłos and the center of Koszalin.

The blue walking trail between Koszalin and Sianów passes through Kłos and initially runs eastward along the village sidewalk before continuing toward the edge of the forest as a compacted gravel field road. A blue cycling route connects Koszalin, Góra Chełmska, Kłos, and Sianów over 12.6 km. In addition, an 18 km hiking route connects Sianów, Lake Topiele, Węgorzewo Koszalińskie, and Kłos in a circular route.
