Lyngbygaard Golf

On the Danish peninsula of Jutland, just a few kilometres from the centre of Denmark’s second-largest city, Aarhus, lies Lyngbygaard Golf, arguably Denmark’s most beautiful golf course. Just a short distance from the Danish Baltic coast, it has added a gem to this traditional golfing region. Lyngbygaard Golf comprises two courses. The 18-hole course meets international standards but is playable by golfers of all levels. The 9-hole course also meets the highest standards and is available at all times, including when tournaments are being held on the main course.
The course blends perfectly into the hilly landscape, with woodland and water features adding further challenges. Much of the credit goes to the architects at the American firm Hagge, Smelek & Baril, who have designed some of the best-known golf courses in the United States and Europe.

We want our golf course not merely to meet visitors’ expectations, but to exceed them. We have also secured the services of Arkitema in Aarhus, one of Denmark’s leading architecture firms, to design our clubhouse.
