Golf Holidays in Western Pomerania
Together with the islands of Rügen and Usedom, the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, and the coastal hinterland between Stralsund and Ueckermünde, Western Pomerania is one of Germany’s most important holiday regions. Baltic beaches, cliff-lined shores, and the deeply indented Bodden coast with its bays and small islands, along with extensive forests on the islands and especially near the Szczecin Lagoon, create a unique natural setting for golf, a sport that has traditionally adapted closely to its natural surroundings.
