Baltic Hills Golf Usedom

Set amid the island of Usedom’s beautiful rolling hills, “Baltic Hills Golf Usedom” opened in July 2009 close to the three “Imperial Spas”: Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. Visitors to the Baltic seaside resorts can enjoy golf on Usedom here in a relaxed atmosphere, without having to travel far. The approximately 57-hectare course is home to what is probably Germany’s first “19-hole golf course.” To keep golfers’ walks short and pleasant and provide a spacious practice area, a par-3 hole was built between the putting green and the first tee. Where many courses offer what is known as a “mulligan,” Baltic Hills Golf Usedom has built a “warm-up hole” or “mulligan hole.” Golfers have taken to the idea very well.

Good transport links to nearby Poland make it easier to reach the Scandinavian markets that are important to golf, as ferries to Sweden and Denmark depart from Świnoujście. The holes, with varying levels of difficulty, offer an enjoyable challenge for every golfer. The golf school offers a training program tailored to each player, both experienced golfers and those who aspire to become one.

The Baltic Hills restaurant and café, which also houses a well-stocked pro shop, welcomes guests with delicious food. The building blends elegantly into the landscaped golf course and is popular not only with golfers, but also with local residents and the many cyclists following in the footsteps of Lionel Feininger along the cycle route of the same name, which runs right through the golf course.
And once you pass the test, you deserve to celebrate in style: you’ll be invited to a candlelit dinner at the Baltic Hills Restaurant. Our restaurant is open to everyone, not just golfers, and looks forward to welcoming you.
