History

The history of Kamieńskie can be traced back to 1524. At that time, Stańko and Jan Cwalinowie bought land on Lake Orzysz and the Orzysza River.

Nature

The wider regional surroundings of Kamieńskie include Góra Jelonka, Szeroki Ostrów and Góra Dąbrowa. Lake Orzysz has predominantly shallow, wet shores; wooded sections can be found in the south and west. A kayaking route begins on the lake and continues via the Orzysz Canal and the Orzysza River towards Lake Śniardwy.

The village has the Czapla water station and a riding stable at a local guesthouse. Kamieńskie also has holiday cottages and campsites.
