Rekowo is a village and rural settlement in the Gmina of Radowo Małe, in Łobez County and the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The settlement is located in the historical region of Farther Pomerania.
Geographical Location
Voivodeship Road 146 runs through Rekowo from southwest to northeast.
History and Culture
The former Rekowo Wąskotorowe narrow-gauge railway stop served Rekowo before it was closed in 1995.
The history of Rekowo encompasses German and Polish historical continuity: the settlement was known as Reckow, and after the Second World War its name was Polonized to Rekowo.
