Holiday Apartments at Strandvillen Binz

The seaside resort of Binz has a long tradition to look back on. Ostseebad Binz has become a symbol of resort architecture over decades of development, like few other German Baltic seaside resorts. Villa Seeadler comprises a total of 14 studio apartments and 11 holiday apartments in the Standard and Comfort categories. Particularly popular is the exclusive, luxuriously equipped duplex apartment, with two sea-facing balconies, two televisions, a hi-fi system, and its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Holiday apartments and studio apartments are equipped with cable TV, telephone, safe and stove; some also have a microwave. All studio apartments have a balcony.

Combining a historic building with a striking onion dome and a newly built apartment house, Villa Elfeld offers a total of 15 studio apartments and 8 holiday apartments ranging in size from 41 to 90 square metres. Holiday apartments and studio apartments are equipped with cable TV, telephone, safe and kitchenette with microwave; some have balconies. Studio apartments have Wi-Fi.

Villa Gudrun offers a similar blend of old and new, with nine studio apartments and seven holiday apartments ranging in size from 18 to 86 square metres. The 123-square-metre penthouse, which sleeps up to six, has a special charm. Amenities include cable TV, telephone, safe, a separate kitchen or kitchenette with microwave, and, in some apartments, a sea-facing window wall or land-facing balconies.


Villa Seestern has 16 studio apartments ranging in size from 59 to 82 square metres. Amenities include cable TV, telephone, safe and a kitchenette in the living area with microwave; most apartments have a balcony. Studio apartments have Wi-Fi.

The bathrooms in all the holiday apartments and studio apartments at Strandvillen Binz are tiled in antique marble and have underfloor heating.
