Bad Sülze is a town in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. Bad Sülze has been recognized as a spa town since 1927.

History

Bad Sülze was granted town rights between 1255 and 1260. In 1287, the settlement was mentioned as civitas. The first recorded mention of the church in Bad Sülze dates back to 1276.

A historic salt road ran from Bad Sülze via Dändorf to Wismar between 1243 and 1907.
