Weitendorf: Hotels and accommodations

Weitendorf is a municipality near Brüel in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and is located between Sternberg and Brüel on the Warnow. The village lies in the deeply incised glacial valley of the Warnow; this is where the Brüeler Bach flows into the river.

Landscape

The Sültener Binnensalzwiese nature reserve is located on the Brüeler Bach, shortly before it flows into the Warnow. Larger forested areas can be found north of Weitendorf near Sülten and to the south near Kaarz. The surrounding area also includes Honigberg, Galgenberg, Mörderberg, and Zitronenberg.

Transport

Federal highways B104 and B192 share the same route through Weitendorf and cross the Warnow there. Weitendorf railway station on the Wismar–Karow railway line is no longer served.
