Culture and History
The Church of “St John Nepomucen and the Virgin Mary” dates from 1863–1865 and is a listed historic monument. It is located at Ostródzka 6. A 19th-century synagogue at Grunwaldzka 6 is now a museum.
The historic building stock also includes a former Lutheran church complex, which is now Methodist. It comprises a bell tower and adjoining defensive walls. The preserved components date from 1601, 1724, and 1842–1896. Dąbrówno is also home to a castle complex from the 14th and 19th centuries on Ostródzka Street.
In the immediate vicinity of Dąbrówno lies Dabrowno - Ruiny zamku krzyzackiego XIV w. In the wider regional area is Nidzica - Zamek Krzyżacki XIVw. Dylewska Góra is located in the surrounding area of Dąbrówno.
