Sobiechy is a village in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in Węgorzewo County and the Gmina of Budry.

Geographical Location

History

Sobiechy was founded in 1562 under a settlement privilege granted to Maciej z Salpi. By 1600, the settlement comprised agricultural and craft households. The local school was founded in 1741 and reopened in 1946 after the Second World War.
