Oświno: Hotels and Accommodation
Oświno is located on the shore of Lake Woświn in the Ińsko Lake District. The village belongs to the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Stargard County and the municipality of Chociwel.
History
Oświno was established in the Middle Ages during German colonisation and is documented in early modern records. The surviving remains of the former manor include a park laid out in the early 19th century. Old trees still stand there, including firs, beeches, plane trees, yews and oaks.
Architectural Heritage
Oświno is home to a church built around 1880 from fieldstone and brick. It has a pentagonal, polygonal apse and round-arched window and portal openings; the round arches are designed in the Romanesque style.
