Zempin

The smallest of Usedom’s seaside resorts lies between the resorts of Zinnowitz and Koserow , stretching from the Baltic Sea beach to the Achterwasser lagoon. Bathing began here only in the 1890s, and the resort has always been overshadowed by the larger seaside towns.
With fewer than 1,000 residents, the seaside resort of Zempin offers a peaceful holiday. The historic village centre is characterised by numerous thatched houses. The former school now serves as a local history museum known as “Uns olle Schaul” (“Our Old School”). Visitors can explore a fishing exhibition and a faithfully furnished colonial goods store. Zempin is one of the four Amber Resorts in the central part of Usedom Island. Its central location makes it easy to explore the whole island and discover its many attractions. Whether you’re looking for a beach holiday, a fishing trip, a hike, a cycling tour or an excursion in either direction on the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway, a holiday in Zempin offers variety in any weather.

You can book a holiday home in Zempin directly.
