Villas in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen (Usedom)

The Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen is the northernmost resort on the sunny island of Usedom. The town is located right beside the wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and offers all essential shopping facilities and many restaurants. The largest German harbor on Usedom for sightseeing and leisure boats is just three kilometers from the town center, on the Peenestrom. Numerous attractions on Usedom and the mainland are waiting for your visit.

The residential development itself is just a ten-minute walk from the beach, right at the edge of the forest. The Usedom spa railway stop is a five-minute walk away. In keeping with Usedom’s traditional spa architecture, the houses are also being built in villa style. Each of the two-story villas contains four apartments. A total of four such villas are being built on the site; two have already been completed (as of February 2008). In addition, further plots for detached houses are available on the property.

The apartments are being built using traditional construction methods, with great attention to detail. The distinctive entrance portal, flanked by two columns, defines the overall appearance of the building. Plastered window surrounds, prominent rusticated corner blocks and classic stucco moldings give the buildings an unmistakable charm.

The apartments range in size from approximately 62 to 76 sq. m (DIN). The ground-floor apartments have a terrace, while the upper-floor apartments feature a balcony and can make use of the attic conversion. Each apartment comes with a storage room and a parking space.
