Tramm: Hotels and Accommodation

The Gramnitzbach and Störkanal waterways run through Tramm; to the south lie the wooded, meadow-dominated landscape of the Lewitz and part of the Fischteiche nature reserve.

Landscape

To the west of Tramm, the wooded Krähenberge hills reach 74 metres above sea level. Settiner See near Göhren is considered the only larger natural lake within the municipality; the Settiner Tannen woodland lies along its shores.

Location and Surroundings

Tramm is a municipality in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and is administered by the Crivitz municipal office. The village lies south of Federal Highway 321; the A14 motorway is approximately 18 kilometres away via the Schwerin-Ost interchange. Crivitz is about seven kilometres north of Tramm, while Banzkow is about eight kilometres to the west.

Sötenbarg is located in the vicinity of Tramm. The surrounding area includes the Schwerin-Zippendorf television tower and Flakenwerder. The wider regional area around Tramm includes Schwerin, the State Museum, Kaninchenwerder, Groß Raden Open-Air Museum, Schwedenschanze and Schwaneninsel.

Culture

A village church and a war memorial from 1914–18 are listed heritage monuments in Tramm.
