Yacht Harbors in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

The deeply indented Baltic Sea coast in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern offers numerous excellent locations for large marinas. Many of them have joined forces with other Baltic Sea marinas outside Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to form the Baltic Marina Association. In addition to sheltered locations in bays or Bodden lagoons, new marinas have also recently been built along the Baltic Sea’s outer coast. New construction at such locations generally requires careful consideration of tourism and coastal protection aspects.
